About course

This training is aimed at specialists and managers from the areas of central services, main office, organization, information technology, press and public relations, who perform tasks in the organization, in process management and in IT and who work on organizational projects.

The registration for the offline course is restricted to up to 6 members per group.

The registration for the online course is unrestricted, the groups will form continuous bases.

E-government is part of the administrative modernization. The consistent use of information technologies can make a significant contribution to ensuring the future viability of the administration.

Access to data from anywhere with the appropriate authorization enables new and diverse options for designing state and municipal tasks. This enables new forms of cooperative service provision and innovative cooperation scenarios between municipalities and administrations.

In this seminar, the course participants are shown the basics, goals and opportunities as well as the technical functions of e-government. The course also focuses on methods for designing change processes in administrative organizations.
