About the trainer: Hovhannes Minasyan is an experienced project management professional and consultant with a main focus on digital health projects. Currently Hovhannes serves as a Scrum Master at Vineti, helping teams to develop a platform that expands patient access to life-saving personalized cell and gene therapies.
Previously, in close cooperation with international organizations, global corporations and state authorities he successfully directed and managed numerous national level digitization projects, including implementation of the Integrated Health Information System of Armenia (eHealth), modernization of Biometric Identification System of Armenia, and launch of Mobile-ID Authentication system.
Hovhannes has technical academic background and managerial professional experience, which have prepared him well to understand and solve complex operational, technical and development issues.
Hovhannes is a member of the Project Management Institute, as well as holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) credentials. Also, he has experience in community and pro bono work, volunteering for several causes and charity initiatives.
