During this workhops Mariam will go over the 3B Framework (created by Dan Ariely and Kristen Berman at Irrational Labs and taught at the top companies of Silicon Valley such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft)
Identify key Behaviors — what specific and measurable action do you want users to take? You will create a behavior map relevant for your product and users.
Reducing Barriers — remove barriers altogether or reduce the friction as much as possible. You will workshop ways to reduce barriers for your product.
Amplifying Benefits — increase motivation by amplifying current benefits or create new benefits to increase motivation. You will brainstorm ways of amplifying benefits to increase the motivation of your users.
🚀 Additionally, you will be trained on how to conduct qualitative research, such as interviews and contextual inquiries, to blend with your quantitative usage metrics in an effort to uncover the deep insights needed for you to apply the 3Bs Framework at your company.
